Jacquie Lawson

Jacquie spent her working life as a civil servant, she gained an Open University degree in Natural Science specialising in Evolution and Ecology. Whilst volunteering with the Education team at Flag Fen she combined her love of cooking with the Bronze- age way of life and undertook Experimental Cooking days, the duck cooked in clay and nettle oatcakes were deserving of a Michelin star!
Jacquie has undertaken volunteer work all her life and works with charities as diverse as those promoting arts and crafts as therapy and charities involved in Archaeology and the Environment.
